STOP A4334 and S316 IN THEIR TRACKS
The New Jersey State Legislature has proposed a bill in the Assembly (A4334) and the Senate (S316) that "Requires students, staff, and others present at institutions of higher education to receive COVID-19 vaccine.”
Did you know the CDC issued new COVID-19 guidance?
CDC issued new COVID-19 guidance that focuses on individual decisions:
· The vaccinated and unvaccinated should follow the same guidance.
· Those exposed to the virus are no longer required to quarantine.
· Students can stay in class after being exposed to the virus.
· It’s no longer recommended to screen those without symptoms.
However, some NJ legislators still want mandates
Despite the mounting evidence and data that the COVID injections are neither safe nor effective, bills S316 and A4334 are posted to committees.
Yet, higher education institutions such as Rutgers University have already mandated boosters for students, even those taking online classes. Should this become a law for all of higher education, primary and secondary are potentially the next target.
ACTIONS TO TAKE NOW:
Currently the bills are in the committee of each house.
Contact members of the Assembly Health Committee and the
Senate Health, Human Services and Senior Citizens.

- Make calls to the Committee Members and tell them you are against A4334 for the Assembly Committee and S316 for the Senate Committee
- When you make calls to your legislators and/or committee members ask them for a meeting. If you can get a meeting, others can join you from Innovative Parenting and NJStandsUp to support the discussion.
